Our Accreditations
Air conditioning is a significant investment for both homeowners and businesses. Ensuring systems are installed and maintained by properly qualified engineers is essential for performance, safety and warranty protection.
As part of our commitment to professional standards, we hold recognised industry accreditations and manufacturer certifications including the leading F-gas certification scheme. These confirm that our work complies with current regulations and manufacturer requirements.
REFCOM
REFCOM is one of the UK’s leading F-Gas certification bodies, providing accreditation to air conditioning professionals authorised to work with fluorinated gases.
F-Gas certification is a legal requirement for any company installing, servicing or repairing air conditioning systems that contain regulated refrigerants.
Our REFCOM accreditation confirms that we are qualified to carry out the installation, commissioning, servicing and repair of F-Gas air conditioning systems in compliance with current legislation.
To obtain and maintain certification, we undergo an assessment to verify that our engineers are appropriately trained and that we have the correct procedures, documentation and refrigerant recovery equipment in place for safe gas handling.
When choosing an air conditioning contractor, it is important to check that they hold valid F-Gas certification through the relevant accreditation register.
Mitsubishi 3 Diamond Dealer
We are proud to be certified as a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) 3 Diamond Dealer.
This accreditation recognises contractors who meet strict standards for technical competence, training and ongoing professional development in the installation and maintenance of MHI systems.
As a 3 Diamond Dealer, we are able to offer extended manufacturer warranties of up to 7 years on eligible Split and VRF systems, providing additional reassurance for customers investing in Mitsubishi Heavy Industries equipment.
